Conditions to use After-Sale Services
- The item carton and packaging shall be completely intact and free from any tear or distortion. Labeling or writing remarks, address of any other wording on the original carton or box results in impossibility of using this guarantee.
- On the grounds of Article 37 of Trade Law, option for returning goods is solely for the consumers and according to Clause (S) of Article 2 of the same law, consumer is someone who proceeds for any reasons other than trade or profession; therefore, shop buyers, who purchase items from the shop for their trade or profession purposes are not considered as buyers and may not take benefit from return term.
- In cases when returning items is made through mail or cargo, the item must be insured and such insurance shall be stipulated on the mail slip and/or bill of lading. Furthermore, the item shall be packaged in a certain way (using carton or plastic bubble pack) so that the item and/or its original packaging are protected from being damaged during shipping technically and/or in terms of appearance, as in case the item and/or its packaging are damaged, distorted and/or suffered appearance damage during shipment and under any circumstances (including but not limited to attaching label or writing any text), then the item cannot be returned and the shop cannot be held responsible whatsoever in this concern.
Note 1– Under such conditions, the refund shall be remitted into the account of the customer within 48 working hours after approval by Nab Steel After-Sale Services experts.
Note 2– In such cases, item shipping and returning costs (both for sending and sending back the item) shall be borne by the customer.
Note 3– The items with prices subject to market fluctuations may returned within 24 hours after order completion.
- The esteemed customers shall compare the item details with the ordered item upon taking delivery the goods and prior to open packaging and refuse to take delivery and return the same in case of any contradiction.
In this regard, the details of those goods sent using mail or cargo shall also be compared with the ordered item prior to take delivery and signing the receipt and refused to be taken delivery and sent back to the shop at once in case of any contradiction.
- In case comparing the ordered and received items is possible from the packaging, the esteemed customers shall first of all compare the item details and then take it out of the packaging. Therefore, in case the item has been taken out of the original packaging without conducting such comparison, then even in case of any contradiction, such contradicted item may not be changed or sent back anymore.
- The item carton and packaging shall be completely intact and free from any tear or distortion. Labeling or writing remarks, address of any other wording on the original carton or box results in impossibility of using this guarantee.
- Whereas the products images are solely for information and helping the customers for purchasing purposes, and some details may be different from the original image, therefore, contradiction cannot be noticed considering the images. Thus, the basis for contradiction shall be the technical specifications given in the site.
Maintenance Instructions
Observe the following instructions to keep your spoons and forks as beautiful as their original look:
- Wipe out the food remnant on the spoon and fork after usage and never, even for a short while, leave them with food remnants.
- Spoons and forks shall not be left wet, even for a short while.
- All Nab Steel spoons and forks may be washed using dishwasher. In order to do so, please place spoons and forks inside the basket in a way that their handles are at the lower part. Prevent knives, forks and spoons from being scratched by separating them.
Take spoons and forks out of the dishwasher upon completion of washing and dry them, if needed. If drying is not possible at once, then left the hatch open to let the steam exit the dishwasher and prevent moisture aggregation.
- Use only high quality washing liquids and pay attention to the precautions given on their packaging.
- We recommend that the dishwasher is operated empty once after each time of being filled with salt. If so, then you may expect an excellent result. Furthermore, pay attention to our dishwasher instructions.
- Prevent your products from hitting each other when handling and washing them, as such hitting results in scratching your products.
- In case of any stains on the products after completion of washing process, you may use polish paste and a soft cloth to make them shiny.
PVD products
- Observe the following instructions to keep your PVD-coated spoons and forks as beautiful as their original look:
- Wipe out the food remnant on the spoon and fork after usage and never, even for a short while, leave them with food remnants.
- Spoons and forks shall not be left wet, even for a short while.
- It is recommended not to wash PVD-coated spoons and forks using dishwasher to help their coating durability.
- Use a soft cloth or sponge, standard dishwashing liquid and warm water for washing purposes and avoid using scrubs and wire sponge, as they scratch your products.
- Never use highly acidic or alkaline washing substances (e.g. bleaching liquid)
- Prevent your products from hitting each other when handling and washing them, as such hitting results in scratching your products.
- Fingerprints may remain on spoons and forks when using, which are easily removed through washing by warm water and drying by soft cloth.
Privacy and Cookies
Nab Steel specially emphasizes on protecting data and privacy of its users. As one of the Nab Steel members, you enter certain details such as your telephone number, email address and physical address to create a user account, which are exclusively used to provide complete services by Nab Steel and will remain safe with us. Evidently, we use such data to send the products. Furthermore, certain materials, such as educational files, will be sent to your email address only in case of your personal interest and you may chose not to receive them anymore whenever you decide so. On the other hand, members’ telephone numbers are exclusively used to send SMS to inform you on your product sending procedure.
Sending Orders
The esteemed customers may easily see their options of shipment methods and the charges relating to each of them when registering their orders and inquiring. These charges are calculated automatically based on selected shipment method, volume and weight of the ordered goods and distance till city of destination.
Package delivery charges vary depending on destination and selected delivery method, which will be identified upon order confirmation.
Tehran City Orders: within one business day after order registration and confirmation.
Note: Orders sent to Tehran City shall be delivered within a time interval between 2 and 3 hours considering unexpected issues such as traffic or unexpected accidents and the esteemed customers shall be available at the location for goods delivery and at the specified time interval; otherwise, the customer shall be responsible for goods resending charges.
Other Cities Orders: Other cities orders are shipped by post and cargo service. Orders planned to be shipped using post or cargo service and finalized prior to 10 a.m. will be handed over to post or cargo service on the same day. However, they will be delivered on the next business day in case such orders are finalized after 10 a.m. and normally, the post and cargo company will deliver the goods at the destination between 1 and 3 business days.
- The esteemed customers shall compare the item details with the ordered item upon taking delivery the goods prior to open packaging, and refuse to take delivery and return the same in case of any contradiction.
- The esteemed customers shall take delivery their ordered goods in terms of appearance (i.e. the goods shall be inspected in terms of all visual aspects and is taken delivery in case of being free from any visual defects).
Note- In case the goods packaging has problem or is visually defected, and has signs of being hit or any potential problems, then the customer shall refuse to take delivery the package, prepare minutes of meeting and promptly inform the company, accordingly.
- When shipping the goods by post or cargo service, the esteemed customers shall ensure the intactness of packaging and goods visually with the presence of the post officer and in case the goods have problem in terms of packaging and/or visual intactness, the customer shall refuse to take delivery the package and request for minutes of meeting and promptly inform the shop, accordingly. In such cases, if the customer signs the post or cargo receipt (constituting receiving the goods correctly and intact) failing to conduct visual inspection, then he shall not be entitled to object concerning goods visual intactness, as he has confirmed receiving the goods correctly and intact and no further measures may be taken to receive damages by the customer. Post or cargo service company shall be held responsible to pay for damages and the shop solely tries to make joint follow ups to expedite receiving damages for the customer.
- According to Cyber Police instruction, presenting National ID Card of the person who places order upon taking delivery of those orders placed online is mandatory. In case the person who places the order and makes the payment online wishes another person to take delivery his goods, then he shall introduce the person who will receive the goods to the shop through making a telephone call; otherwise, the shop will not deliver the goods and in such cases, resending charges shall be borne by the customer.
- According to applicable laws, regarding orders to be paid at the destination, first of all the invoice amount shall be settled and then the goods are delivered. After invoice amount settlement, the customer shall have the opportunity to inspect his goods visually under presence of the shop representative and then signs the goods delivery receipt in terms of appearance.
